Glenn is a US Army veteran and served during the Cold War/Gulf War era on a FIST Team. He is a Master Locksmith and Automotive Master Locksmith as well as a Safe & Vault Technician, and Financial Institution Physical Security Specialist. He has been employed in the locksmith industry over 25 years and is a 3rd generation locksmith. He is one of the top automotive locksmiths in the United States and has won local, state, and national awards for his work. He was nationally recognized with the 2016 Diebold Nixdorf Top 1% of the Top 1% award for his work on safes & vaults. He was chosen from a field of over 6,000 candidates for the award. His specialty is automotive locksmithing with a concentration on high-end and European cars such as BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Saab, and Maserati. He is Chief Instructor for American Locksmith Academy and educational director for Professional Locksmiths of America (PROLOA). He holds a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) with a specialization in Performance Improvement, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Resource Allocation, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice / Intelligence Studies, a post graduate certificate in Counter Terrorism, and is a certified Electro-mechanical Engineer as well as a certified Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) an international program which focuses on identifying and eliminating waste and defects in processes and manufacturing. He is a Federal Aviation Administration licensed pilot and enjoys flying in his free time
